While we certainly prefer and make every attempt to resolve a delinquency or dispute amicably, we recognize that at times, there is no other recourse except to seek remedies in a court of law. In these cases, we are resolute in our desire to collect your funds considering that the student made the decision to ignore his obligation to our clients. Strategic Membership Systems, Inc. is one of the only tuition billing companies working with martial arts schools who uses this venue to collect amounts due where no other viable option exists.
