As credit is one of the primary lifetime assets a person has, we understand that the majority of people signing up for martial arts, dance, fitness, swimming and other classes treasure their credit score, that by reporting to these agencies, we provide you a tool with which to collect your money. Some billing company “experts” and software billing “experts” may claim that this is not good for the school since it creates bad publicity. While many words could describe this lack of understanding, neither is it good for our clients nor prospects to go out of business simply because they are not using a tool that could help. Strategic Membership Systems, Inc. believes that it is incumbent upon us to properly the member solutions of using the credit bureaus as our tool.

When it then becomes necessary for us to transfer an account to formal collections or our Attorneys, they then continue to report for us, thus maintaining the negative exposure a delinquent person has earned.
