How often have you had questions and wanted to call our offices, but could only do so after hours?

Has a student ever wanted to pay a tuition on their account but could only call after you got off from work and that was
too late? This is then for you. SMSWinmars Corporation now offers our customers online assistance with a live
individual during daytime and early evening hours, and an offline assistance method to contact us.

If you look to the side of this screen you will notice a Live Support Icon. Simply click that icon
and you will either be connected to Online Support or directed to Offline Help. You have a choice of four (4) departments;
1) Support, 2) Sales, 3) Tech Support & 4) Management. Each will show if the department is on or off line. In the event a live person is not online, you will be prompted to send that department a message which will be answered as quickly
as possible, typically the same day! We respond even as late as 11:50 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Typically, these are answered even in the course of normal business whether someone is on the phone or not with someone
else. Our goal is to assist you and take work off of the school owner. We welcome your contact and encourage you to try
the system out at your earliest convenience. Your problems and questions are extremely important to our staff and we all
know how frustrating it is when you try to call and the lines are busy or you are asked to hold. Use this much less
frustrating method and get your questions answered.
