Strategic Membership Systems, Inc. (SMSWinmars) designed this privacy disclosure ("Statement") in an attempt to communicate our intense resolve to client and customer privacy. This position is a critical commitment to those who would endeavor to do business with us. Since we collect basic information from clients, customers and visitors, we have enacted this position and willingly disseminate this policy.

Clients, customers and visitors who choose to use any of the services offered in our site (services) are required to provide basic contact information such as name, company, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, web addresses, financial data including but not limited to credit card number, bank account information, and the number of users who will be using our services. This information is required in order that user ids and passwords may be provided in order that users will be able to access the service. Other information may also be requested as needed.

SMS uses this information to offer products and services to clients, customers and visitors. We may also use the information to contact such clients, customers and visitors to provide further assistance regarding services available through SMS. Except as stated at the moment we obtain your personal information or as provided in the master SMSWinmars Member Agreement, no information obtained will be shared with any other entity than SMSWinmars. Clients, customers and visitors may voluntarily opt out of being contacted by SMSWinmars by sending an email direct to legal@smswinmars.com. 

Clients, customers and visitors of SMSWinmars will be using our site to host their data and information (info) only. SMSWinmars agrees not to review, distribute or in any other way disseminate, print or even make reference except as authorized in the SMSWinmars Member Agreement or as required by law. Records and files may be accessed from time to time only for the express purpose of resolving a dispute, identifying a dispute or service issue, alleged violation of the SMSWinmars Member Agreement, or as may be required by law. Clients, customers and visitors have the express obligation to protect and maintain the confidentiality and security of all user access codes or passwords provided to them.

In order that SMSWinmars may properly maintain the integrity of our web site and improve this medium for our clients, customers and visitors, we may also periodically collect certain other information such as internet addresses (IP’s). Such date may also be used for statistical purposes to enhance the offerings of SMSWinmars. Any referrals identified to SMSWinmars, we will ask for basic identifying information which is not limited to their name, address, telephone number, etc., but will not disseminate such gathered info to outside entities except as required by law.

The SMSWinmars web site will include links to other web sites. Neither SMSWinmars, any of our subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns is responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. SMSWinmars is not responsible for investigating or checking the privacy practices of these other sites. It is the responsibility of our clients, customers and visitors to keep your info confidential when accessing a non-SMSWinmars site.
